The second book in Lisa Kleypas's Wallflower series - It Happened One Autumn came out yesterday. I walked over to the mall and picked it up straight away! I've been waiting almost a year since finishing the first in the series - Secrets of a Summer Night.


Christina Dodd's Distinguished Academy of Governesses Series - My Fair Temptress


There's also the newest in the Distinguished Academy of Governesses books from Christina Dodd, titled MY FAIR TEMPTRESS. Miss Caroline Ritter offers her services as a gentlewoman in a sort of reverse queer eye when she tutors the mysterious Earl of Huntington. These books are always fun!

I have finally seen a trailer for the upcoming movie Memours of a Geisha - featuring an award-winning cast and what looks to be absolutely stunning cinematography. Based on the award winning novel by the same name, This is the story of Nitta Sayuri, sold to a geisha house at the age of 9, and the training she goes through to become a geisha, and the life she leads as one.

All in all, I would try Liz Ireland again because the writing style was fun, but the characters were 1-d and the plot fizzled for me.
